La posizione era molto vicina alla stazione e all’università IUAV (abbiamo alloggiato a Venezia per partecipare a una laurea), l’appartamento è recentemente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio, dotato di ascensore quindi ottimo anche per persone a ridotta mobilità. La struttura è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici comprese asciugatrice e lavatrice.
L’unico aspetto da rivedere è l’impossibilità di gestire autonomamente la temperatura all’interno dell’appartamento

Buena ubicación, muy amplio, cómodo y muy buen equipado.
La limpieza deja mucho que desear, hay moho en la ducha, mugre en la lavadora y las almohadas estaban amarillas. Si cuidaran más ese detalle sería un apartamento espectacular. El apartamento vale para 4 personas, pero para 5 es incómodo ya que el sofá cama tiene muchas de las lamas del somier rotas y es imposible dormir en él. Tuvimos que poner el colchón en el suelo.
