Gemütliche Wohnung, typisch Kroatisch. Parkplatz, WLAN soweit alles da. Nette Vermieter und herrlich ruhig gelegen. Klimaanlage top.

100 Euro Kaution bei Anreise. Nervig das wieder zu holen, geht von meiner Zeit im Urlaub ab. Schwierig ne sachliche Bewertung abzugeben, wenn man mit den vorherigen Reisen vergleicht, da sich die Preise locker verdoppelt haben. Falsche Adresse bei Booking hinterlegt, Nr37. Die Vermieter können nix dafür, aber der Nachbar fährt um 6.30h zur Arbeit mit Auto ohne Auspuff, jeden Morgen wecken.

helpful and friendly owner quiet and peaceful location recommended for those with their own transport 10 minutes by car to the beach with free parking at Materada Beach less than 10 minutes to the shopping center (including Lidl, Kaufland, McDonald's)

poorly secured windows and shutters no mosquito nets on the windows

Great place to stay if you are traveling by car! Everything can be reached quickly - both the center of Poreč and the beaches. Very simple, but clean and cozy rooms, small outdoor courtyard for having meals. Wonderful and very responsive hosts! We are happy with our choice to stay in this place!
