Great location, short walk to the promenade where you could sit and close to a bus stop. Good kitchen, had everything we wanted. Nice living room area. Close to a pub that served excellent food.
Top bedrooms were cramped, one had no windows. The other one was the only place you could see the sea from but couldn't really stand up in. The upstairs toilet had no handle on one side so you couldn't close it once you were in, v cramped space. Just needs a few little bits and bobs sorting, nothing major.

Clean and tidy. Everything you needed for a short stay. Could have had a little more cutlery as we were a folk short however this didn’t impact on our stay much.
We liked the fact it was all up stairs. Room were quite basic but enough for what we needed

Clean and close to beach but only 4 chairs around dining table. Sofa only comfortably seats 4. Kitchen has 6 of everything but only 5 forks!
But location wonderful

Great location just next to Chesil Cove, easy to find and space enough to relax inside without feeling too squashed.
The washing machine was useful.
The property sleeps 6, but there were only 4 chairs for the dining table, and crockery and glassware was in short supply also.
The parking bollard seems raised off the ground so you have to be very careful when entering the parking space.
The toilet on the 2nd floor is under the pitched roof and is difficult to use, especially when there is no handle on the door to pull it shut.
There is no dishwasher, which seems strange for a holiday let, especially as there is a washing machine. Most of the glasses and cutlery etc needed to be washed before use as they weren't clean. A dishwasher would solve this.
