I like that the place is comfortable and clean ! I didn't take any picture of the place. But it's the same as the picture given. Thank you, host, for being super nice even I have a bit difficulty in using the smart tv, but the host replies quickly and helps a lot. For me, everything goes smoothly. I'll definitely choose the same place if I visit Penang in the future. It also secure cause the lif area and parking area needs acess card to go in and out from the place.
This is not about the room/house but just the car parking. It is quite challenging to go up and down. But the place is secure and use only card to in and out.

House was as per advertised, clean and organized. Kitchen, living room, bedrooms, toilet and laudry room/washing and drying machine are in good condition.
Check in & out instructions from the host is straight forward and easy.
The pool and gym are also accessible, so well worth a stay.
Overall, it is worthwhile and an amazing place to stay for a family/friends.
Way up to the parking spot is narrow as per what we expected, hence, note to future visitors to drive slowly and safely in the parking lot, especially if you are driving mvps.

Easy check in.
Nice hot/cold and powerfull showers.
Plenty of shampoo and bath soaps.
Good water presure on all sinks and showers.
Working Standard tv/netflix/wifi service.
Nice swimming pool and gym at level 9.
Clean/privacy/safe apartment/lift areas.
Long way climb to parking but fast driving in tight corners all the way up.
House floor tiles pealing and sticky near sinks areas and bathrooms.
Dry area at back dirty with cigarate buts/mold unpleasent view and smell, uncleaned/unserviced aircond compressors and room airconds dusty.
Toilet sucktion fan gives out nasty smell when turned on although its sucking air out.
Lots of visible stains on bed covers and curtains.
No water dispenser/coway.
Inadequate cloth hanger behind doors/rooms.
No key card system for house power. Have to switch off everything manually each time going out.
Microvave looks dirty and old.
