Did the job for a short stay and good price

Good location. Easy walk into town. Cost was very good for what you got. Nice shower!

Good value, ok stay

Good location, only 15 minute walk down the hill to be at the main street with restaurants and groceries. Good value for the area.

It could have been cleaner. Towels had stains and hairs. The shower had a lot of hairs. It would have been good to receive some proactive communication regarding the check in process.

I recommend it for a short stay at El Calafate or if you’re traveling low cost.

The apartment is really nice and well decorated. It has got all you need.

The property is 15 minutes away from the main road. Also the temperature was pretty low when we arrived and you can hear a lot of noises from outside.

Bad

The landlord didn't kick us out.

Everything is average, starting with the payment. The landlord showed me the exchange rate of the day. It was 205 US dollars to pesos and 215 pesos to US dollars. I asked the landlord why it was not 205, and the landlord said it was 215, either to pay or cancel the order. We had to accept a worse exchange rate for payment, then at 11:30pm on the day of check-in, the landlord knocked on the door to collect the money without prior notice, luckily we didn't sleep. Besides, the facilities in the room are very old, and the sound insulation effect is very poor. You can even see the light on the first floor from the floor on the second floor. The hygienic conditions are even worse, mold and moss are everywhere, there is also uncleaned oil in the kitchen, and there are yellow unknown objects from previous residents on the towels, which is disgusting. Do not come here if there are better options.

Buena relación calidad precio, muy buena ducha y agua caliente. Cómodo para ir al centro si se cuenta con vehículo (de todos modos es cerca, aunque el regreso en subida).

Falta armario, perchero o alguna estructura para apoyar cosas en uno de los dormitorios. Algunos toallones eran muy buenos y se veían nuevos pero otros estaban muy gastados e incluso con algún agujero.
