Located in Yeroskipou, this attractive condo for $66 per night is a great option for your next break. This apartment has recently been upgraded with new furnishings in March 2024. A new cooker, sofas and new curtains in the bedrooms. A new fridge, coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker was also added. The apartment was redecorated throughout in July 2023.A very well equipped first floor apartment in an ideal location on this sought after complex. Situated on the outside of the complex the apartment benefits from morning to mid afternoon sun and cool shade in the late afternoon. Located 0.6 miles from the beach of Paphos. Central Paphos is a 10-minute walk while shops and restaurants are at 450 yards. The furnished private balcony allows comfortable outside dining and extended living space. The communal pool is easily accessed where you will find private sun loungers and umbrellas, it also includes a small baby pool. A playground is provided for younger guests. The apartment benefits from a spacious open plan lounge area including Internet based TV system (with uk channels), private super fast Wifi, flat screen TV, bluetooth speaker,a large seating area with two large sofas, dining table with 4 chairs and kitchen including induction hob, oven large fridge freezer and microwave and washing machine. There is also a coffee machine available as well. There is also the use of a cool box for trips to the beach if needed. Bedroom 1 is provided with two single beds, fully fitted wardrobes with integral vanity unit and independent air conditioning. Bedroom 2 is provided with a king size double, fully fitted wardrobes with integral vanity unit and independent air conditioning. The lounge area also benefits from air-conditioning and ceiling fans for maximum comfort. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a full length walk in shower. There is a travel cot in the apartment if you are travelling with Children who still need to use a cot all we ask is that you bring your own bedding. If you do need anything for baby while you are out in Cyprus like toys, steriliser for bottles, bottles, pushchair, car seats if you haven't rented them from the car rentals, bouncers anything for baby these can be rented from us and put in the apartment for you for your arrival just ask. There is also a booster seat for toddlers to sit at the table and eat. If you need a high chair this can also be rented just let me know, This great apartment is tastefully furnished throughout and is very well equipped to a high standard for both families and couples alike. Just a short stroll to the nearby bars, restaurants and the beach!! If you would like a welcome pack to be in the apartment for when you arrive would you please let us know at the time of booking or as soon as you can so we can arrange this for you. This is charged and i can add this to your bill at anytime. If you do require a late checkout after 10am please let us know and if we can offer a late checkout (no other guests are going into the apartment on the same day as your departure) Then we can arrange this for you. There will be an extra charge for a late checkout of £20.00. The towels and bedding are provided. Free Wifi and aircon and heating are also provided. There is very little to dislike about this property. It's well located, in a nice complex, with friendly neighbours; who have evidently been returning for years. The pool as was the apartment was spotlessly clean, with plenty of space to relax.
The apartment has ample storage space and full amenities, just like a home from home. If I were to nit pic, then I'd say the shower pressure could have been stronger, but apart from that it had everything we needed. We are already looking to rebook!

Nice stay. Location was good however there was lots of building works going on around the property so no chance of sleeping in past 7am. Water pressure at the property is very low which was frustrating for showering. The only other negative was the toaster which only had 1 element working so took 10 minutes to make a slice of toast. Probably worth replacing. Beds were comfortable, plenty of books to read and great TV choice. Pool was nice too but only 2 communal sunbed mattresses available on the complex. Location was great for everything, supermarkets, beach, tourist attractions and the harbour. Would stay again

Back again in this apartment for our annual holiday. As this was our 3rd stay in the apartment, we knew all about it and it was great to be back.
Sadly there were some issues which we resolved ourselves and some that we have been reported back to Beverley & Stephen which do require attention/replacing. None of them affected our stay/holiday. There were 3 buildings being built/worked on. We know from previous experiences that they start work VERY early but as the builds were at a certain level, they never impacted on our stay. Can't understand why the owners get moaned at about this kind of thing happening, as it is out of there hands, as to what gets built where & when. Looking forward to seeing the completed works though. Once again we looked forward to seeing the "Cat Lady" feeding the cats on the corner but was sad to see the numbers have somewhat dwindled. Looking forward to our return next year with both apartment & flights already booked.

Very clear instructions given from the outset msking it really simple to find and get settled.
Perfect little apartment for our family of 4. Very clean and tidy.
The pool outside is a great size so even others were using it, thete was still plenty of room.
Located within easy travel of the harbour and a few big shopping outlets.
Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice place to stay

We are regular visitors to Paphos, but when our usual accommodation suddenly became unavailable we needed to find somewhere quick. The apartment was clean comfortable and has everything you would need, the pool was clean and a good size. Small supermarket just up the street, walking distance to harbour and mall areas. When we did need to ask the local contact for help with something they were prompt and helpful with their response.

No problems with the property its just that kato paphos is undergoing a reconstruction (Massive building site) all over the resort and it was not good to hear the work ongoing next to Sirena Sunrise however in 2 years hope to return to a better resort with all worksites completed

Nice place and lovely communal pool.
Great and easy communication with the owners.
I would say the shower were not very good though unfortunately,had to wash our hair in the communal pool shower as there was not enough power to rinse .
But that didn’t matter,we loved our family stay.
We’ve been to lots of parts of Cyprus before and would definitely go back to this area.
Great how people before had left essentials in the cupboards,cooking oil,salt pepper etc….very handy,as we did the same with toilet paper and sauces for the fridge .We hope they came in handy for the next people

Whole appt whilst clean is dated and tired and could do with new appliances ranging from toaster to cooker. No internet or TV for the first few days as the bill had not been paid. Balcony overlooks a busy road with lots of building work being completed. Shower door difficult to open and the shower was a trickle. Sofa's could do with a deep clean quite grubby looking. Pool furniture well what can I say either broken or those that had been repaired had large screws poking through, other appts seemed to have newer beds for the use of individual apartment's. Be very wary of a late checkout, the owners say yes possible then at the last moment ask you to leave as they don't book out as not available, assuming just incase they get an additional booking, which is what happened to us. I'd not recommend this appt or owners, there were much nicer appts on the same complex.

Nice little apartment set in residential area of Paphos. Good amenities in walking distance. The apartment was mostly clean, had good facilities, washer, kettle etc. The TV and promised UK channels never worked throughout, we did communicate this to the manager several times and she said owners were aware but it was never sorted- mum was a bit annoyed she could‘t keep up on her programs. There was no jug for coffee maker which was broken by previous occupants but this was sorted on the Tues (we arrived on Greek Easter) also the bedding and towels were sorted then; we were left with one towel each and an old black bath mat but more was brought on the Tue after I asked for them. I also changed my bed to put sheets on as the duvet was far too thick, but no blankets so I had to use the dust covers on top of my sheets as an extra layer. No mirror or lamp in the twin room, lots of clutter in the wardrobes and a broken tent under the bed. The shower sliding door is literally about to fall off and would prob benefit from a good clean. This apartment would really benefit from some TLC, it’s mostly aesthetic stuff, but rather than it look like a jumble of left over items a little care would present it much better (options of bedding and spares, I don’t know if I’d have got more bedding if I hadn’t of asked for it and two weeks on one sheet is a bit much, more than one bathroom hand towel and more than one shower towel each, the curtains get dirty at the bottom as they’re hung wrong and the fridge with missing door handle looks dirty but rattles quite a lot)
We made the most of it and enjoyed the pool (we couldn’t find any sun bed mattresses and the bed are HARD, so we bought some inflatables to lay on) just wandered in to town most days.
I would stay there again but I’d know to check that things like bedding, towels, TV was sorted first.

Overall our stay could only be described as passable.
The location of the apartment was good and the check in went smoothly without problem but it was surrounded by building sites who started work at 6am so this was not the relaxing start to the day we would have envisaged
On arrival the apartment was riddled with mould and took nearly 3 weeks for the mould to be suitably cleaned.
The cleaners atteneded only once in 3 months
There was no english tv, it broke early on in our stay and was never fixed, the person who came to look at it said the owner was not upkeeping her subscription
The oven door did not close and although we let the owner know, no one came to fix it, we were advised someone was coming to fit a new oven but this never happened
The fly screen had a hole in it and again was never fixed during the 3 months we were there so was less than useless, the clothes horse was also broken
Fridge door had no handles
Taps were limescaled and furniture was damp on arrival as no one had been to air the room.
We made do with the apartment because what choice did we have, however had we have seen realistic photos prior to booking we would never have booked and while we are returning to cyprus next year we have rented a different apartment
I would like to point out that the owner did respond to our complaints and said they would be sorted but they very rarely were and spending our holiday chasing people up wasn't really top of our agenda. Photos available to support.

This is a very nice apartment with ample space for four adults or family with young children, with two double bedrooms, and it is spotlessly clean. Pool area is a nice size with sunbeds and children's pool. Apartment has satellite TV with lots of channels, DVD player, and books also provided. We've just had a lovely twelve days there and from booking to during our stay, communication with the owners and agent was excellent. We had a small problem with the aircon unit in the living room one day, but a quick phone call and someone arrived within a couple of hours to sort it out. There is a small shop two minutes walk away and Pambis restaurant another minute up the road, which has a varied menu, food is very nice and has a lovely, friendly atmosphere. We found it took us fifteen to twenty minutes to walk to the harbour but sure others could do it it ten!

Very helpful owners who replied promptly to all queries and booked a taxi for me from the airport. The flat had plenty of room and was very clean. The communal swimming pool was lovely. The location was good. We did not hire a car. In theory, the beaches and most sights of Paphos were about 15-30 mins walk, usually easily do-able, however the heat in August was not something we'd really fully understood/ bargained for. So I would recommend getting a car if I were to do it all again! If you turn right once down the stairs, then left out of the complex there is a bus stop near the Farm shop ( mini mart) where the 603 takes you to Kato Paphos harbour bus depot ( near the archaeological park and castle) where lots of other buses connect. Adult fare anywhere along the route only €1.50!! It was easy to get to Coral Bay, for instance. A little further down the road is Pampi's which is a pretty good and reasonably priced restaurant. The air-conditioning was fantastic in the flat. The kitchen was basically, but reasonably well equipped. A couple of minor niggles; a building site across the road, but not too obtrusive actually, no lovely views or anything like that from any window, the shower door a bit temperamental and shower didn't drain very quickly. Also be aware that you can't put loo paper down the loo, but alot of Cypriot loos are like this! As I said these were minor points and I would definitely recommend this lovely flat. I'd rent it again. We had a fantastic holiday.

We stayed for a week and found the apartment to be great for us 4 (2 adults plus a 3 & 6 year old). Lots of space, storage etc. The pool is amazing, there is a little minimart within 5 mins walk. Takes about 15mins to walk to main seafront area.

and we even had a visit from Nikki and her brother. Only problem we had was with the internet or lack of it despite many attempts to get it resolved!

Clean apartment with child friendly pool
We had a great stay at the apartment. It’s clean and spacious and close to nearby supermarket. It’s less than 10 minutes walk to bars and restaurants and 15 minutes to the harbour. The kids loved the pool area. The pre-information package was detailed and accurate.

Home From Home
2nd year of staying here and 2nd year of having a fab time. We know the area very well due to previous years staying elsewhere. The apartment has everything you need and you're not left wanting for anything. Sadly next year will be in another apartment but will return back here thereafter.

Beverley & Stephen are quick to respond to any questions you may have and are very approachable even for light chitchat.

Nice apartment in Paphos
Everything was fine with apartment. Anything was clean, fully equipped kitchen, living room with 2 sofas and TV, big terrace, air con in every room. Apartment is located in a complex with 2 pools, both were open in November and also very clean. Terrace with street view is rather advantage, so you don't need to watch your neighbors. Women from over the street neighborhood feeds 25 cats every afternoon and we enjoyed the show. There was internet based TV receiver but due to slow internet 0,5-1 Mbit it wasn't enjoying to watch TV. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay and would come here again.

Fabulous stay
Couldn’t wish for a more organised and well communicated stay. Everything we asked for was met ... the apartment was clean and well equipped. The only point and has nothing to do with the apartment owners is the sun beds around the pool need replacing

Home from Home apartment
A very homely apartment. Had all the amenities you’d expect to have in your own kitchen. Plentiful mugs, plates etc. Large fridge/freezer. Cool Box to use on your beach/sightseeing days with 2 large ice packs. Ample supply of towels. Large shower. Plenty of room to park a hire car. Can’t praise Beverley (owner) & Max from the property management team highly enough. Always quick to reply should you have any questions or need any assistance. We loved watching the lady across the road feed the cats each day. Ideal location for us as we know the area very well from previous holidays through a friends apartment but who have recently sold up. Far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the harbour nightlife but close enough if that’s your thing. Plentiful restaurants/bars to choose from within 5-20mins walking (dependant on what you’re wanting).

A winter break in the sun
The property was just as I expected. Clean and reasonably well equipped. I was happy once I had worked out how to work the TV. All essential services are only a short distance away and the harbour within walking distance. All in all good value for money.

We arrived via taxi in the middle of the night and we found it quite confusing to locate the apartment with the directions we had been given.

Visited in December
The apartment was as described, although a little tired looking. The location was fine, only 10mins to harbour. Great restaurant just up the road, we ate there every night it was so good. We expected the weather to be cool and possibly wet, but overall it was warm, and the showers never lasted long. We are considering going back to Cyprus in warmer weather, and overall enjoyed our stay.

Comfy Apartment
We have stayed on this complex before in another property but first time in this one. Location is great, away from the main harbour but just a short 10 min walk. The flat is on the first floor, looking outwards over the road. View isn't great as they are building but not staying there for the view, still able to sit out on the balcony which got the sun in the morning. It was very quiet and didn't see many people on site. There is a small car park at the back so you can just cut through back to the apartment.
Kitchen well appointed had a few teething problems with the TV as the last guests appear to have unplugged everything (not sure why) but Max was on hand to sort out via email and phone. Have already booked to stay again in February and looking forward to it

Comfortable and spacious
We have stayed in this appartment twice and we wasn't disappointed on our last visit, it is well equipped, clean and tidy, spacious for 4 adults. It has a lovely communal pool area and is located 10 minute walk to the harbour. We look forward to staying here again as the owners very accommodating and helpful thank you for another pleasant stay.

The apartment was spot on. A great location only 10 minutes to the beach and harbour. The apartment was a little dated but very clean and had everything you needed. We would definitely book here again.
