Lovely location and lovely room
Check in process needs to be upgraded, the security code we were given did not work which required us to ring and wait for the correct code to be given to us

The bed was comfortable and the room was quirky and well appointed.
The purple luminescent glow from the bar fridge and the semi opaque curtains. There were a few maintenance issues (the bathroom door didn’t latch/lock).

Beautifully presented, large room, lovely rain shower, staff communication excellent. Bed was fantastic. Had the best sleep.
Only issue was the little fridge - too small but also kept turning off and defrosting then came on and froze up again. Not great cos we had meat refrigerating. Sam was great though. Nothing he could do really.

Staff member at Discover Daylesford was very friendly and helpful
The bed was a bit on the soft side. The fridge was tiny and had no freezer in it. We were travelling with friends, so not all units had no freezer, but ours was one of those. The lounge wasn't very comfortable either - it was very art decor but not practical - it almost looked like a children's lounge. Microwave and some basic cutlery, crockery but had to wash up in the bathroom and no washing up detergent or cloths provided, just a tea towel. We were in the unit directly next to the main street (#10), so could hear the trucks very loudly throughout the night. Also parking wasn't directly outside of the unit for the unit we were in which wasn't ideal as we were in our old collectable car.
