The sea view room is amazing. I rate it 10/10. You get to take in breath taking sunsets in the evenings.
One day, we went just before breakfast closed, and the staff was busy and not attentive to us. Given that we were still within the 10:00am deadline, we felt as though we should still have been given full attention. No one to offer us water as they would when you go earlier. Another morning, they kept passing our table while I was trying to get coffee refills.

Best location on the waterfront plus we have booked a ocean front room which had a balcony which was excellent.
Probably from entrance to our room there was some steps but porter took our luggage to the lift. Hotel was a Fort, great history.

Excellent location
Windows do not open in non ocean view rooms, no table and chairs to eat in case you need room service.
Elevator to restaurant was out of order, resulting in having to go 4 or five flights of stairs to get breakfast.
After 2 morning I developed knee problems and had to do without breakfast.
Coffee shop on main floor had very limited choice of pastries and served pizza and meat patties at breakfast.
