Internet/TV has issues. Fixed later but no huge issue.

It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Convenient and clean

They were not prepared for the amount of people for breakfast and ran out of food. The pool needs cleaning

Breakfast was great. No complaints about the pool.

The staff checked us in at 3:05 pm (when check In was supposed to happen), after unloading with two small kids, we were told that the room wasn’t clean. When we spoke to the cleaning staff on the floor, they said the the cleaner hadn’t even started our room and it would be at least 30 minutes. When returning to the desk to ask if there was another room that we could use, as we needed to put the baby down for a nap, they said that because we booked through a third party and they had already checked us in, they couldn’t help us. We were willing to switch room types to make it easier to find a room and the management was incredibly unapologetic telling us to just wait. When we vocalized that we would rather cancel the reservation then and find another hotel, they told us again, they couldn’t cancel us and to call booking.com. Eventually one of the workers found a room for us. Obviously mistakes happen, but the management being so not accommodating and standing out in the front of the hotel smoking was not very welcoming. When we arrived in our room, several pillow cases and towels had dirt or makeup on them from the previous guest.
