Very nice hotel, staff were very friendly and always willing to help, breakfast was decent and location was excellent, room was good and comfy.
Nothing.

Location just right above shopping arcade. If with car, many multi-storey car parks around location. Room is decent size and clean. Purified water system enables drinking water flow- don’t need to buy bottled water. Staff speaks English and very friendly. There is coin operated laundry machines if anyone needs to have quick clothes wash. Thank you for your service.
Nothing really. Maybe buffet breakfast can have more variety.

The location is next to a shopping arcade with lots of food and shopping options. The check in and check out process were both fast and efficient. The staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are not too small and very clean. It has everything you need for a trip.

The hotel is well-located, close to major attractions and dining options. It’s also a short 5-minute walk to the nearest tram and bus stops. The rooms are cozy and very quiet, with no external noise reaching the interior.
It’s a great place for travelers wanting to pack light, as they provide a coin laundry and various travel essentials. They do offer breakfast, though we didn't get a chance to try it. Staff was polite and professional.
The only downside for us was that bottled water is not provided.
