Todos los empleados son muy amables. También me gustó mucho el paseo gratuito a la mina. Me impresionó que el hotel fuera tan grande. En internet no se veía tan grande. La comida incluida en el paquete del congreso muy rica, y con ingredientes de buena calidad. Me gustó mucho que haya agua caliente a todas horas del día, y sin esperar a que se caliente o se active
En los dos cuartos que me alojé (uno en el paquete del congreso, y la noche previa pagada por mi), en ninguno pude abrir la llave del agua fría en la regadera. En los dos me tuve que bañar con pura agua caliente. También la alberca, no tuve tiempo de meterme, pero cuando fui a conocerla por curiosidad, el agua tenía un color que no parecía agua limpia. También me incomodó que no haya bell boys que te lleven las maletas a tu cuarto. Conmigo no hubo mucho problema, pero varios compañeros del congreso comentaban que estaban en las villas, y era muy difícil llevar el equipaje a su cuarto.

AC did not work, room was super hot, couldn’t keep AC on without being in room due to needing room key to turn on AC. Broken curtains
