AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria. This fabulous condo at Cinnamon Shore is designer owned and decorated with so many light-hearted details! The entry hall porch has lifeguard chairs to relax and take in constant sound of the waves crashing. Upon entering this quaint condo, you are welcomed with warm, ocean-colored antique-inspired furniture and soft touches. A master bedroom features a king-size bed with a pillow-top mattress and luxury sheets, tons of storage, a private bathroom, and 42'' flat-screen TV. Open the windows and you can experience the sights, sounds, and scents outside right from the lofty bed! Built-in bunk beds hold two kiddos in the cleverly crafted hallway nooks, each with their own nautical lighting! The large, cozy couch and soft pillows in the living area invite your guests to relax while watching the 46'' flat-screen TV. The couch also folds out to accommodate two more! Enjoy preparing a meal for your family in the open, roomy, kitchen area. Take in more views of the Corpus Christi channel and fantastic South Texas sunsets through an entire wall of windows, or step out onto the balcony for some ocean air! Custom-finished shiplap wood siding on the walls makes this great condo special. Lots of storage space and upscale beachy and antique chic decor keep you comfy and feeling at home. The owner has included extras such as a Bose iPod playing station and a margarita machine! Cinnamon Shore's lovely amenities, including two fishing lakes, three fabulous swimming pools, the fine dining restaurant Lisabella's, Dylan's Coal Fire Pizza, and poolside C-Bar Cafe, and both boardwalks to the beach are all a short walk away from the condo. Come spend some time in our seaside community and enjoy the Serenity Found in this cozy home away from home! Bed Type: King, 2 XS Twins, Sleeper Sofa SSTR#382857_12312022 ***NO PETS ALLOWED*** IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED. Serenity Found is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Serenity Found the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Unit was perfect for the two of us. Smallish, but very comfortable and we did like being right in the middle on Social Circle so that we could walk to Dylan's for dinner and to the other shops. Easy walk to the beach also. Condo was clean, and the supplied amenities were good. It would have been nice to have been supplied with one bag of coffee so that we could have made a pot the first morning before going to the grocery store.

My son and I joined my best friend and her daughter for a quick weekend getaway. This condo worked just great! There is an elevator and they even had a luggage cart. Its got a cute beachy vibe and we enjoyed our stay! Cinnamon Shore staff were very friendly. The pizza place was excellent (we got one to go). My son fished both lakes and the beach. We also swam in both pools. Great place to stay!

Cinnamon Shores was absolutely gorgeous! We had everything we needed not having to go anywhere because food, music, and fun were all on the same grounds. The condo we stayed in was extremely clean and check in and out instructions were very easy to follow. There also is an elevator which was extremely helpful when bringing in our luggage! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation!
A couple things to note - We unfortunately did expect a view of the gulf as it is written on the listing but the view of the social circle and music was very nice. I think the listing was written when there weren’t homes built yet so that probably needs to be taken off the listing.
Also, The washer was not working so we were not able to wash our dirty clothes before leaving. We called maintenance and I hope it gets fixed for the next group!
All in all we had a wonderful time and would love to come again! Thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful place of yours!

All was extremely convenient on the property. Restaurants on the property were excellent and close to our condo. Checking in after dark was a little challenging with finding our appropriate parking space, not well marked. All the staff were very friendly, and we had only one one problem, the TVs were not very easy to get connected. Maybe a battery problem with the remotes.

If anything, the listing description downplays just how comfortable and inviting this condo truly is. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay and were able to relax the entire time. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the condo was very well furnished. The check-in process was incredibly simple. We will be back.

My husband and I enjoyed our time at this cinnamon shore condo. We loved the amenities of the property. The condo was clean and perfect for what my husband and I needed during our stay. We liked that it was on the third floor, so no one above you stomping around. The location of the condo was close to everything. We enjoyed people watching from our patio each night and the great view of some beautiful sunsets. The bed was very comfortable and we rested well on our vacation!
