Our stay was good.

The location of the place is very accessible to near markets, malls and food stalls. Internet connection was good.

The refrigerator and aircon weren't functioning well. Lack of cooking equipment such as casserole and pans.

Comfy stay.

Room was quite neat. Beds well made with extra beddings for the extra sofa beds. Complete with small apps for everyday use.

It was a quiet, comfortable and straightforward kind of experience. No frills

Location was handy to most amenities I needed, coffee, local food, city commute and of course, the Capitol lagoon for morning walks and nostalgic catch up with friends and coffee conversations. Staff guard was friendly and did not even accept a tip despite my insistence.

There was road construction development going on in the street. Had to cross towards the place through a very narrow steel bar. This, however is not the owner's fault!

913 is perfectly fine for a stay in Bacolod especially for someone who needs to cook to eat healthy.

We can cook in the room! I am vegetarian and can't eat out all the time. The AC and fan makes the room comfortable. The WIFI is sufficient for my needs.

The place is small and the refrigerator is small but we managed. It can use more closed cabinet space to keep clothes in.

Overall the place is very good it is cozy and also accessible to the amenities which the city provides.

We love the terrace with a view of the mountains, the privacy, the rooftop pool, also the heater in the shower is what we like so much.

the property doesn't have a mineral water container. It is such a hassle for us to go out of the building just to buy a couple bottles of water for us to drink. We suggest that you should put a mineral water container to reduce hassle of buying several pieces of bottled water.

The host was really responsive and called right away when we had a problem checking in. He also made sure to keep checking in on us and gave us updates until we got settled in. The room is just perfect esp. with a good internet connection, netflix, and a shower heater.

Good for a pax of 4. 2 persons on the bed and one each on a sofa bed, you just need to move some tables and furnitures f

It was super close to every must-try food! Cross the street and you'll find FELICIA's ( they have the best Ensaymada). I would also recommend the blueberry macarons at Felicia's. A few steps and MASKARA INASAL is one neighbor away. They have juicy inasal compared to others and the pansit is SUPERB! Look for the lovely linette to serve you and ask for more food recommendation 😍 BTW, nice view of the mountain ❤️

Nothing that can't be handled. Maybe dusting should be a regular 😍

We had good night's rest during our entire stay. Balcony's fresh air is a plus.

The host was responsive and was accomodating on my every query and request.

The place is in central bacolod city and about 10min walk from ayala capitol... the owner is very kind and even helped us get my daughter's sleep buddy back which we forgot at the room when we checked out. Very easy check in and the pool was lovely tho it rained when we stayed so we didnt get to use it... definitely will stay again the next time we visit family in Bacolod...

Superb

The comfort room is very clean and we can cook our food. There is WIFI connection and we can see unlimited movies. It is truly a home away from home. If we have another opportunity to visit the place, we will stay at the same place. It is very accessible to the malls and government offices. If you are hungry or you need to buy some stuffs, it is easy for you to go the the nearby stores.
