I feel the hotel was excellent, clean and the workers were very professional. Anytime I needed something the stuff was prompt in getting anything I needed. The Breakfast was wonderful and the lady I think her name was either Debbie or Brenda she runs the breakfast she was just so courteous and wonderful.
There was nothing I didn't like.

This is a nice hotel in the greater Ann Arbor area. I had an event near Briarwood but due to a concert all the hotels were booked. This is about 10 minutes away from there down I94, with easy access off I94. The place was immaculate, the staff nice and helpful, the room has a coffee maker, microwave and a refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with good quality offerings and the scrambled eggs were really eggs, not powdered, and there is a Tim Horton's across the road from the hotel. It was a lovely stay.

The Breakfast was great with many choices and presented in a careful, clean, and thoughtful manner. Attention to details such as glucose monitoring or lactose tolerance was a pleasant surprise! The staff was friendly and went above and beyond! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. When I say clean, I mean exceptional. Not every hotel understands the importance of feeling like the private spaces (rooms) are clean, this hotel was exceptional in this! I would certainly stay here again!
The pool was inoperable and possibly could be remodeled to larger.

Room was cold. Thermostat on wall did not work. Had to adjust heat on unit. Also, plug in bathroom would not allow a bath to fill.
