Stayed in a Single Room which was clean and comfortable. Great location for food and amenities.
My room was located at level one and wifi connection was very poor. Only able to get decent access when outside room.

No breakfast was offered nor available. Locations was fine for local establishments. Abit far to go to Kuantan town area where there are more F&B available.
Street parking, F&B varieties, room was quite small and tight spacing in the room. Washroom was okay but the bidet water outlet was leaking and water pressure was low with half glass in the shower where water splashes out to the aisle making it risky from slipping once out of the shower. Bedsheets and bath towels were not properly cleaned as they all looked dull and not hygienically presentable.
