Two levels, separated from other units, many big trees, close to a market.
Complementary snacks and instant noodles are available.
Common kitchen is available if needed.
Small parking space, many stairs making less convenient with big luggage.

De rust, het huis en de aardige mensen. Leuk en handig dat ze fietsen hebben.
Misschien jammer dat er geen ontbijt was.
Maar er waren ook leuke eettentjes in de buurt.

The property has a nice design, it was quiet and very green. The pool was small, but nice. The free snacks and free drinking water was a super nice touch.
There's a small street market, a few fast food places and shops in a walking distance from the hotel.
The only thing we missed was a washing machine. We had to use the public one, and that was not very convenient.
Communication could have been better :)

The Villa is very charming, it's a little haven of peace. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the hosts are very pleasant and helpful.
This place has a misleading name, they are not villas but only rooms. We asked for a complete accommodation on Booking. The villas are very close to each other, it lacks privacy, it is not particularly pleasant. Moreover, the place is particularly far from Chiang Mai.
