amazing experience, everything was perfect!

Beautiful house, stunning location above the cliffs in a natural area. This is the second time we come to this place and this time we rented two of the houses: both beautiful, they have all you need and more: beautiful views over the Atlantic Ocean, comfortable beds, open space kitchens, cozy living rooms. the properties also has many wonderful gardens. Both the owner and the manager of the property are very kind and helpful, and will do their best to make your stay magical! We highly recommended this place!

Very good

Location is good and it's peaceful environment, the swimming pool is really good.there is a beach on 5 minutes of walk. It's a good place to relax.

We couldn't find Netflix on TV. We reserved for 5 nights and you left there things for only one night for example one little soup packet for each. I would say its not a big problem for people without car because its only 15 minutes walk to bus stop Samarra, from where we can get to Sintra and shoppings.

Lovely location!...just what we had expected. Upkeep and cleanliness was poor.

Breakfast was not included.

The house had a really foul smell. The management pretended that this was not a problem. Also, no nets on the windows, so if you by chance keep them open, swarms of mosquitoes enter.

The area is so calm and quiet and staff were all helpful and amazing with helping me plan for all of my family and friends to stay for my wedding.

The location near the sea is great!

Checking in and out is a problem and unnecessary difficult. You also need to pay a deposit of 250 euro cash!!!

Lovely place

Beautiful and peaceful location very near to the sea. Amazing views and surroundings. The house is in a very good condition. Great swimming pool.

I didn’t like that the managing company of the property requested a €400 deposit in cash upon check in. We were flying back to the UK after check out and were left with this unnecessary amount of cash in Euros. As we paid with credit card for the booking, that should have been enough to cover any additional expenses.

Beautiful surrounding, but mediocre management.

The Garden house where we stayed is the smallest of the houses in the property, the yard is paved and all fenced, so we felt a bit like in a cage. The property is managed by a company and you can really feel it - there is no personal touch and no comfort besides the minimum, while the location is so beautiful and has such potential. It's a real shame to not care for the details!

It could have been cleaner - there were cobwebs in the corners, the barbecue was very filthy. The mosquito net in the bedroom was torn, so each night we had to chose between sweating or getting beaten by the mosquitos! There is no ventilation in the kitchen and when we tried to cook a sausage, the fire alarm went off. Check in and check out are quite cumbersome as you have to call the property management at least one hours in advance so they can come from Ericeira - in our case we had to wait both times 15-20 min longer than agreed... And finally and super disappointing - despite we had paid in advance, they asked for 250 EUR cash deposit at check in! Overall, this was the most expensive location we picked up in our stay in Portugal and it was the worst value for money.

The space is great. Perfect for a good rest with absolute silence.

The flat should be cleaner. Lots of dust and spider webs under the beds. One of the shower drains was not working properly. The towels used by the previous guests were left inside the house. Outdoor facilities (grill and table) were not properly clean.

Pleasant

The rooms and bathroom were ok. The kitchen was ok, it had the basics needed for a few days. Living room is small, small couches, small table. Outdoor space is ok, but would be a lot nicer and more enjoyable with better furniture.

They sent an email with instructions prior to our arrival. It said to "contact" the staff 1 hour before arrival. I had been in touch with the staff via Booking, so 1 hour before arrival, I sent them a message via the Booking app. They never responded. I finally decided to call them - they said I should have texted them to arrange the check in, even though the email just said to "contact" them, without specifying how. We had to wait for an hour for them to get there so we could do the check in. All of this could have been avoided if they had just specified that we had to call them or text them. The house was FULL of mosquitoes. There were no tablets or plugs or nets or anything. We were not able to sleep because of the mosquitoes. No cooking essentials (olive oil, salt, pepper) were provided.

Very good

Quiet. Had bbq facilities. Quick walk into the town to stock up. Mainly peace and quiet.

Loads of flies. Also no cleaning liquid for dishes. Every other self catering place I’ve stayed in the world has it, but it’s not a massive issue.
