Great location, amazing view on Berat old town. Good parking, professional receptionist, nice rooms, good breakfast. Great value for price.
Pillows are making pain in neck. It must be changed.

Location was amazing, close to walk to main things. The view from my room was spectacular. Was nice to be able to sit outside. Desk clerk was helpful to direct me to a bus and save money on a taxi.

Good location with a beautiful view of Berat and the old town,
Basic room, the room itself is quite basic and could use some improvement.
The biggest problem during our stay was the air-conditioning. It did not cool the room sufficiently, which was particularly uncomfortable during the hot weather.
The receptionist also did not seem particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience less pleasant.
One important tip: do not open the windows at night, as insects can easily fly into the room.
The view and location are definitely the highlights, but the room facilities and service could be improved.
