Confortable bed
Most of the wait staff are untidy people. . They were not very helpful. You had to find someone to pay the money at the restaurant yourself. The reception did not issue the bill right away, they left it for the next shift, but the next shift did not know anything about issuing the bill.

Excellent breakfast, great location
Our room was great, but had not view as their was a wall directly outside of the window. Additionally, the bathroom was very large but felt like an opera hall as is was very empty making our voices echo

The facade of the building is beautiful and the grounds are stunning
The rooms are comfortable
And the breakfast is very nice
The confusion of booking in at reception was difficult. The room was incorrect to start with but it was eventually rectified. With some persistence

Location
No soap at sink in bathroom and the soap dispenser in shower was empty. I did tell them but it wasn’t changed until I went to reception with the empty one and they gave me a new one. No apologies were given.
