Locatie, ontbijt, avondeten, fietsverhuur, netheid van de kamer.
Jammer dat er geen thee/koffie voorziening is op kamer of ergens in hotel.
Dat heb ik wel gemist.
‘S Avonds een enkel kopje thee voor op de kamer pakken bij het apparaat dat tijdens het ontbijt gebruikt wordt was niet de bedoeling.

Het personeel was heel aardig, heel persoonlijk. Leuk dat je naar je kamer wordt gebracht na het inchecken. Het ontbijt was heel verzorgd en lekker, verse jus d'organge bijvoorbeeld, keuze tussen hard en zacht gekookt ei, dat soort dingen! Tweemaal in het restaurant gegeten, heel lekker!

Bicycles available at the hotel, good breakfast and nice decorations.
Working staff are mixed with other customers, resulting in noise very early (e.g 5 or 6 o’clock) from closing doors again and again which waked us up several days way before breakfast time. Too bad if you’re on holiday. Would be better if they group workers in another part of the hotel.

Super helpful and kind staff. I was able to check in early, and the room and bathroom were immaculate. I deeply appreciated the 'no charge' for the second bike I'd rented due to my friend falling ill and not being able to join me for my stay. The staff were helpful in showing me how to use the electric bike I rented, provided a helpful map to the island of Terschelling, and directed me to the little grocery for medicine when I started to come down with a head/chest cold since the island didn't have a pharmacy. I thought the restaurant food and staff were wonderful and ate all of my meals there! Very nice grounds and places to sit and enjoy outdoors. I was touched by the warmth and care shown to one of the local elderly residents who takes his meals and perhaps even lodging at Walvisvaarder. It seems the locals are taken care of just as well as guests and it made for a warm and homey stay.
