We had a wonderful stay at Sani and were very happy with both the hotel services and the restaurants throughout the resort.
One thing that deserves special praise is the housekeeping. Our room was cleaned exceptionally frequently and with great care - definitely above the standard we have experienced at many other resorts. The immediate proximity of the beach was another major advantage, with sun loungers, umbrellas and a shower just a few steps away.
A definite highlight of the holiday for our son was the pump track within the resort. After having a lesson with Chris, he was able to enjoy it safely and with much more confidence. Chris plays a very important role in making sure the track can be used safely and responsibly, and the pump track - together with his guidance - will certainly be one of the reasons why we would be happy to return to Sani.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and were very satisfied with our stay. The quality of the service, excellent housekeeping, restaurants, beautiful beach and the activities available for children made Sani a very enjoyable place for our family.
The only frustrating aspect of our beach experience was the habit of some guests reserving sun loungers early in the morning - sometimes several at once - by leaving a towel or a T-shirt on them and then disappearing for hours. This puts the Beach Buddies in a very difficult position. They can clearly see that nobody has been using the loungers for far longer than 60 minutes, but understandably do not want to handle guests’ personal belongings.
We feel that hotel management should give the Beach Buddies more authority and, importantly, more support in dealing with this. It seems particularly unfair if they are then expected to apologize when guests who have left loungers unattended for hours complain. Families with children end up sitting in the second or third row and walking past rows of completely empty but "reserved" loungers to reach the sea. At times, the situation was almost comical: you arrive at the beach, nearly every lounger is supposedly occupied, yet there is hardly anyone around – as if there were a shark in the water! :) On some occasions, the people who had reserved the loungers had still not appeared by the time we left for lunch. The Beach Buddies should be empowered by management to address this more effectively, rather than being put in an uncomfortable position for simply trying to make the beach enjoyable and fair for everyone.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. We loved everything about it! The service was exceptional, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the food was truly outstanding — delicious and varied every day. The sea was crystal clear, the territory was beautiful and very well maintained, and there were so many activities for both adults and children.
My family and I were absolutely delighted with our vacation and left with unforgettable memories. We would definitely love to come back again!
