Our stay at Lanzerac was exceptional. The setting is beautiful and the whole place has such a relaxed, welcoming feel. The bubbles on arrival were a lovely touch, and we really enjoyed the wine tasting too. We also made good use of the spa and sauna, which was the perfect way to unwind. The valet parking and complimentary mini bar were such nice extras and really made us feel looked after. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Lanzerac certainly spoilt us and has set the bar pretty high for any other hotel!

Beautiful area and buildings
The room was supposed to have a view. It had none. The blinds in the room didn’t work properly and the blockout blinds are hanging too far from wall. Bright lights outside room were bothersome. Bed very uncomfortable. Tv very small and not usable from bed. Picture quality of tv very bad. Had to shift the bath myself because the tap ran onto the edge of the bath and not into it.
