Staff was outstanding! Very professional and welcoming! They made our family feel so welcomed and appreciated!
Too hot and the central A/C seems to be too old to handle the heat wave. It was a little bit uncomfortable.

the downstairs entry and courtyard were beautiful
The rooms are noisy, you can hear everything from the neighbour. The beds were uncomfortable, the rooms are small and there is no coffee/tea facility.
