Food selection was excellent and all tasted nice, plenty of variety at each meal.
The staff were all very attentive in the restaurant and very polite.
Rooms were spacious and clean, good shower water pressure.
Waterslides were good.
Hotel was nice and clean.
Water bottle filling stations
The pool was very small for the amount of guests staying in the hotel, and the sunloungers were very uncomfortable.
The drinks were all served in plastic cups, even in the evening when sat by the lobby bar despite being plenty of glasses on the bar. When we asked we were told no only plastic.
Pool got closed off due to someone pooing in the pool despite being signs all around to inform parents to ensure they remind children to use the toilets.

It was clean. The water park - ok. Rooms are in good condition.
11:30 just before checking out and till 12:00 there was NO water to take a shower after water park. Just zero pressure. Breakfast - to compare with similar places (I mean price and stars in Cyprus) - this was the worst one. Very basic. The room was ready only 20 minutes past 3pm. And we had to wait. No water had been offered, no excuses. Service - poor.
