Staff very helpful. Lovely welcome to the hotel.sorted out taxis for us comfortable stay.
Didn't feel they had seats for us in the bar as it was busy serving food and no where to just sit and have a drink.

The location was perfect for an overnight stay to catch our flight to Canada in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the evening meal and breakfast were adequate for the price with kind and approachable bar and other staff.
The property was dated and looked tired so if you’re expecting high end don’t book, but it was good for what we wanted. It was a warm night and although I managed to get a bit of cooler air into the room with the window open, I think this hotel is going to need aircon in the future.

Booked multiple rooms, when asked if any 3 bed rooms available told none available and had to pay for 1 person in a room (5 in group). Then upon arrival given 3 bedroom room, seemed like rubbing salt in wound and we paid £140.40 for a room we didn’t really need.
Waitress at breakfast customer service needs improvement, and came across sarcastic.
