The location is great. The place is comfortable and the balcony is the best place to sit and watch the sunset.
Lots of tiny little bugs everywhere - probably common in Darwin but perhaps a pest spray or something could reduce this.
Not a lot of toilet paper there, and no washing basket available.

Location was great and the views were beautiful. Parking space was great. Pool was lovely.
Only one regular spoon (need to update the cutlery drawer), the fire alarm wasn’t attached, handrails on both bathrooms were broken, had to ask for more toilet paper, had to ask for clothes drying rack, and there were tiny bugs in main room and we found a few within the house. They seemed to come through the windows - need flatscreens to stop them getting in.

The view, location, air conditioning. Clean appearance inside the unit.
The bathroom is very small old-style, and the main bedroom could have a larger more comfortable bed. An upgrade on the towels would be an improvement. The kitchen needs pest control. The body corp needs to get together and improve the public entrances to the carpark and lift areas.
