I had a lovely week here.
Mike is the landlord and he's a great guy, and Lisa seems to run the lets for him. While the lets are very much room only, plus access to the shared bathroom, Mike was happy to let me have some filtered water from the kitchen etc. He likes a chat and has two lovely cats. The room is very clean with good decor.
One or two small issues, such as with the heating the first night, were quickly resolved. Just message Lisa through the app and she will quickly resolve it 😀
There was nothing about the property that I didn't like. Though some may find the mattress a bit on the hard side this suited me.

Great value for money. Big, comfortable room, quiet road, decent commute to Bournemouth station and the seafront. I did not come into contact with any of the staff in person but they were very helpful over email. Good wifi.
No private bathroom in the room, and the signage at the property could have been clearer - I didn't know how to find the bathroom at first. The bathroom was also a shower room with the tiniest washbasin, not the most comfortable. It also wasn't clear whether the guests could use the big kitchen or the sitting room at the property or not, which made me feel like I was creeping inside someone's house.

A very basic hotel. Ok for a couple of nights. Room ok. Kettle and a mug but no spoon!! Shower/bathroom in dire need of updating. Poor shower. No facilities offered in the house. Owners seemed lovely when needing to communicate. I was able to checkin early due to room change. Location 15 min walk into Winton. 30+ mins to beach. Easy access.
Shower was rubbish.
Heating could do with going on rear lier in late afternoon.
