Extremely spacious, two rooms with one large bed each (technically 4 people could sleep here). I also noticed there is equipment for a baby to sleep in and a high chair. Everything was very clean and tidy. You have a small kitchen with a counter and a sink at your disposal. Drinking glasses and plates as well as some spices are available. There is free wi-fi you can use, the login credentials can be found at the fridge. The bathroom also has a shower with a bathtub, a hair dryer, plenty of towels and a small top-loader washing machine.
The owner was very friendly. He let us check in early and also gave us a few recommendations for where to go for some good and cheap food and drinks nearby when we arrived. We then got one pair of keys each, so we also could access the apartment independently. Because the next guests arrived later in the evening on the day we left, he was so kind to let us keep our luggage in the apartment after official checkout and return the keys later. If I come back to Prague in the future, I'll definitely consider booking here again!
The orange-scented sticks in the toilet and the bathroom were a bit too overwhelming for my nose, so I had to place them somewhere where the smell could not directly enter the room. Also, the toilet seat has a tendency to move sideways when you sit on it, I suspect one hinge is broken (this was already when we arrived).

Location is very good with easy access to transport, Lidl supermarket, mini markets, nice restaurants. Nice area, walkable to centre sights as well.
Spacious, tidy ground floor apartment, with full kitchen utensils. Mostly very clean (although there was some accumulated dust on secondary surfaces like pipework and frames) Good water pressure in shower.
Generally very peaceful when inside the apartment, but
Hosts communicate well, respond quickly and are very friendly/helpful.
Prague is a lovely place to visit.
The furniture is quite basic but is ok. Would be good to have a sofa or armchairs for better comfort. Wasn't great to have a toilet with no basin and it being in a separate room from the bathroom. Plenty of bath & hand towels provided, but they smelt a little musty.
Apartment door was a little difficult for us to open at first - it had a little trick to it, so once we knew it was easy.

Den Host haben wir direkt an der Tür getroffen. Er hat uns die Schlüssel übergeben und noch ein paar Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben (gute Bäcker, schnelles Essen etc.). Die Lage war besser als erwartet, direkt am Park, von dem man eine gute Aussicht auf die Stadt hat. Die Haltestellen zu verschiedenen Metrolinien sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist groß und bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, für meine Erfahrungen eine Ausnahme.
Nichts, alles lief reibungslos ab.
