Das Haus liegt zwei Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Sehr ruhige Lage mit Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus, an der Strasse. Bequeme Sitzmöbel überall und ein kleiner, sehr privater Garten boten die Möglichkeit auch mal,gemütlich da zu bleiben. Sehr bequeme Betten.
Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist da.
Prima auch für eine Reise mit Hund, der hier seinen Platz findet. Gassi gehen ist direkt ab dem Haus möglich.
Dass ein zusätzlicher, mehrseitiger Vertrag kurz vor Ankunft mit dem Anbieter online abgeschlossen werden muss. Dazu muss man über eine nicht datengeschützte Verbindung eine Foto des Passes senden, inklusive persönlichem Foto. Das geht für mich gar nicht und das ganze Gehabe des Anbieters kommt für mich daher wie eine Nötigung daher. Ich würde nie wieder da buchen.
Das Haus hat einen Grundgeruch, der nach feuchter Mauer riecht. Der Versuch, das mit Duftstäbchen zu überdecken gelingt nur bedingt.

Fantastic location 1 minute’s walk from beach. 2 large bedrooms both with king size beds and large bathroom with separate WC and wash hand basin, great for 2 couples holidaying together. Lovely sunny garden. Lobster Pot cafe just around corner for breakfast with sea views. Food in local pubs excellent especially The George in Felpham and The Elmer in Elmer. Dog friendly with great walks along beach which is also dog friendly once you get past sailing club.
Lounge seating a bit limited for 4 adults but didn’t effect us as just used dining room and garden.

Great location by the beach and for goodwood!
No parking available, it was road parking with a very small road so no spaces therefore difficult, toilet was not cleaned after prior use,kettle was broken as was one of the lamps in the 2nd bedroom, broken blinds in the front bedroom so not good for light sleeper. Cold when entering, very small stairs. Two lock boxes without being told which too use plus 2 keys not on a kingring. I would expect much higher standards for this price point.
