Receptionist was unbelievably helpful, and my entire review is one star bigger because of her (Giovanna or something like that I apologize if I got it wrong).
Apartment was big and comfy
I didn't find a way to turn off the conditioning at night.
One shower was a bit confusing until I realized that you had to turn to cold water to get warm

It was great! The apartment is luxurious, it's a shame we only stayed for 2 nights! The building is freshly renovated and stuffed with modern technology.
The bed is very comfy, big wardrobe, the kitchen was ok. Shower is big and nice but there was no shower soap left and the vent is not enough. Nice balcony with a park view!
The staff is amazing, very welcoming and nice. Location is also good - near the buses to Venezia and the railway.
Parking on a private hotel territory was a huge plus, and we were allowed to leave the car for several hours after checkout as well.
There was no cutting board in the kitchen and the furniture design is a bit uncomfortable - hard to open an embedded fridge with that small handle and the dish rack lid does not stay open. Also we could not figure out how to turn on the electric towel dryer in the bathroom, so the towels stayed wet.

Very clean, modern, comfortable. Big bedroom, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. The bus stop is 5 min walk and in 20 min you’re in Venice. I enjoyed my stay with very much!
Parking is in the hotel area at the opposite side of the street. You need to take your luggage yourself and transport it 300-400 meters. If you have a lot of stuff it might be problematic.

Apartment was really nice in general. Clean. Check in was in the nearby hotel with open reception 24/7.
Upon arrival we bought some two-way bus tickets on the reception for a drive to the city centre. There was 6 of us and one ticket did not work. Later that evening before going to our apartment we decided to have dinner in the hotel. We were charged pasta that never arrived to our table and after complaining about it to the waiter he still charged it. The next day I really wanted to politely tell them that we were really disappointed but nobody asked us anything at the check out, just grabbed our apartment key without even saying goodbye or anything.
The blinds in of the bedroom did not work. There are not enought pans and pots for cooking.
