The property was spacious and had lots to do for everyone, first stay in a villa and I think as a family we have enjoyed it.

I would say some outside furniture is old and requires replacing. Inside is dated but has everything you need. We used ubers to get around but ideally would be good to have a car.

We loved everything about the property, the location, facilities, staff, just about everything was perfect to make any holiday.

The villa was big loads of space and rooms

After a week the pool became cloudy by the end of the stay we didn't swim (or should I say couldnt)it was green and dark at the deep end.no professional pool cleaner as the Portuguese rules state there should be and 1 child was sick every time he went in so we had to stop him from going in.on the last day of our holiday they came to empty the pool out onto the street into a street drain which is also against Portuguese rules/law.so they could get it ready for next guests.sea view there wasnt one unless you went up a ladder onto the roof then you could see the sea (not much though) between two trees in the the far off distance or you get in the trees apparently (and as long as your over 6ft tall) you might see the sea.the dishes were covered in food cups were full of remnants of drink/cuppa soup utensils greasy/dirty we obviously had to clean things before we could use them.microwave in kitchen 1 all numbers or symbols were gone so we couldn't use it.2 females in our party got trapped in a room because the door wouldn't open from the inside.floors had what appeared to be blood on the tiles so we had to wash floors inside and then around pool area.only 1 sheet per bed and a duvet cover to sleep under old lumpy pillows.torn patio cushion covers discovered when we realised they were all placed upside down with zips at the top.faded flimsy sunbed covers and cushions.a caravan and bike dumped just back from driveway which along with some other junk make it look like a dumping yard.photos very different to what you get some were AI alot just fabricated. Gas outlet stuffed with material so it blocked the outlet when gas boiler used when we mentioned this we were told the boiler doesn't work and isnt gas but we immediately showed it heated the hot water in kitchen 1 and that the blocked pipes outside were the outlet which is illegal in portugal and if intentionally done carries upto 40,000euro fine or can be upto 3-5yr prison sentence if reported!
