The staff was amazing and the location is perfect
The venue is very dated inside with a lot of thing do not work. We was given a room with two single beds when we are a family of three. One lift didn’t work the whole time we was there. The stuff did do everything possible to satisfy us. They moved us to a suite which was great but the jacuzzi bath did not work.

Extremrly professional and competent reception personel Barbara and Antonio.
We were impressed by her helpfulness and nice attitude. It’s rarely happen to meet such codial and welcoming stuff.

The bed was very comfortable and the swimming pool is big and not too busy. The hotel location is amazing if you're attending to something in the Carcavelos beach area.
The hotel and amenities are all very dated, feeling like a hotel from the 50s with a 90s decor.
There was no working AC in the bedroom, which in 35 plus degrees is not good. Speaking multiples times with 3 different people at the reception didn't lead to it being fixed over the 2 days we stayed.
