I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Byzance in Nebaulu, and it was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. While the hotel itself is charming and comfortable, what truly elevated the entire experience to an unforgettable level was the incredible receptionist, Syrin.
Syrin’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are simply on another level — she surpasses even the legendary service standards of the Ritz and Four Seasons. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel not just welcome, but genuinely cared for. Her efficiency, kindness, and ability to anticipate every need turned what could have been an ordinary stay into something truly special. She handled everything with grace, precision, and a personal touch that is rare to find anywhere in the world.
Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. Because of Syrin, I will most definitely be returning to Hotel Byzance — she is the reason this place will always hold a special place in my heart.Highly, highly recommended!

The ambiance by the pool at night is very nice.
It was very strange that there was no refrigerator or hair dryer in the room and they charged high prices for them.
