The breakfast cereals and other food was clearly laid out and the furniture was pleasant and comfortable.
The location was okay in the sense that it was within walking distance of my friend's flat. And another advantage was that it was a bit off the beaten track and not near a main road so relatively quiet.
Though I came down in the last half-hour I still expected to have a full service at 9.35am yet the eggs space in the hot tray was empty and not replaced. So, that with a lack of smiles I felt a bit less than comfortable about being there and not feeling welcome. And after all if the breakfast time is till 10am then the service quality should be the same throughout.

Easily accessible by local buss. Free parking if travelling by car.
Very cramped room. Breakfast facilities cramped and fitted in a garage space.
