A great hotel w/potentially problematic neighbors

The room and check-in procedures were great. It was within walking distance to the gare. I got in late, but the directions were easy to follow.

I stayed the evening before a jour férié so perhaps the town was more in a party mood, but the proximity to the casino and the constant sound of cars and motorcycles racing down the strip was hard to deal with. The partying was still going on when I got up at 5am.

Aucun accueil, ce n'a d'hotel que le nom. Lit inconfortable et temperature de la chambre trop elevee

A part l'emplacement rien n'allait

Personne a la reception, le numero present au comptoir sonne dans le vide, nous avons du attendre une heure qu'une personne de la securité nous mette en contact avec un gerant d'un autre hotel pour ensuite recuperer des codes, qui eux ne fonctionnaient pas ! Grace a un autre client on nous a conseille de taper deux fois le premier chiffre du code. On a fini par faire le check-in en 1h15... Ils traitent tout par texto, ce qui n'a aucun sens car j'ai reserve pour une personnne tierce donc mon numero n'etait pas celui du reel client. Bien que ceci ait ete specifie sur le site de Booking

A good quality budget hotel

Price and Location in center of town next to a lot of restaurants (250 m to train station) Basic facilities. Lift to the 4th floor is good. The manager Betrard is friendly but you have to walk 100m up to the Broisin Hotel or ring him.

The room with a view on the fifth floor was not a good idea. Comes with an extra flight of stairs; do not accept if you don't like heights. The rooms on the first 4 floors are basic but good quality and clean. Wi/Fi is OK as long as you only have a single device, as only a single logon at a time is allowed. Otherwise if you want to use Wi/Fi on your phone you will have to completely turn off your PC (otherwise the sleeping PC holds the Wi/Fi logon permanently).

The location is good. The room was relatively clean but it is quite old and no staff there made sure that the guests are

Room doesn’t have enough air flow. Other guests smoke in the hotel, a strange man in the building using facilities like his own home, no one warned them because there were no staff presented.

Very good

The hotel is very conveniently located in the town centre. It's very secure. Only the person booked has the codes for the door and the room. It's quiet, too and clean.

I didn't like that the shower room was very narrow.

Worst experience I had.

No parking. No entry code until 10.30pm. Could not even get in. Rang the bell. Recorded voice only in French. No one to reach and talk to. I had to look for another hotel. Could not be worse.

The location

Checking system which is remote and idiosyncratic. We arrived late afternoon and had not been able to access email en route. We could access the foyer but not the rooms without another code. Luckily there were alternative arrangements at a nearby hotel. He rang the owner and got us the codes. Luckily as the email via Bookings. Com didn’t arrive til 0533 the following morning

I liked the location and that the room had a big window you could open

No one is in the reception to meet you, which can be nice. You just get a code on your phone to go in your room. All the messages you get from the hotel is in French Everyday 9 in the morning housekeeping/ a lady comes into your room. I was sleeping the first time it happened. I think the hotel should invest in some do not disturb signs, or check the room later since 9 in the morning is quite early.

Check-in was a faff.

Once I got checked in I couldn't really fault anything. Great pub round the corner.

They didn't use booking.com massaging to send the PIN for the door (I was checking in late) so I had to call them to get let in. Lift doesn't go to the top floor where my room was. This might be an issue if you're bad with steps.

Very individually styled rooms on old french classic style Parking available round the corner Close to main street with lots of restaurants to suit all pockets

Nice reception from the staff who was super nice in letting us dropped our luggage before the check-in. Big cozy room.

Soap missed in the shower (distributor broken).

Lovely room with a balcony, extremely clean, amazing location. Everything we needed for a last minute stay for a very good price. Staff were great. Rooms very charming and modern bathroom, very inviting and lovely.

Reception was closed and you need to call them, so it's not like a usual hotel, it's more like a hostel actually. Room with AC was very noisy and you can't stop the AC nor modulate it.
