Great location for walking and exploring the local forests and lakes. Was the perfect place to stop on our way back to Berlin from the North Coast. Dinner in Räthtro was superb. Views from hotel over the fields and lake beautiful
Some construction is ongoing at the hotel. The room we stayed in wasn’t 100% finished (some lights not wired in, parts of patio area still breeze blocks). The hotel did give some discount when we questioned this, but still sold the room at full price initially and there was no mention of this on their website.
