The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is also a highlight.
Two things that can be improved. The door from our room had a huge gap at the bottom, this let the hall light come in during the night and all the noises from neighbour rooms.
The price they charged for a small 2kgs dog is really high, they should differentiate when charging a German Shepard vs a Chihuahua, I paid 7% of my stay which was an unexpected amount, and not equivalent to my dog size.

"The hotel is lovely. It's well decorated and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful (super helpful for an American who knows no German!). The breakfast they serve every morning is amazing, eve..."
