The location was perfect, with the tram line and airport bus just minutes from the front door. It was also an easy walk to the centre of Milan, and they had a great cocktail bar downstairs that is clearly a local favourite.
There was nothing I did not like about the hotel. For a small, single-person room, they did a great job ensuring you had space for all of your belongings, including hangers for clothes and shelves to keep things off the ground.

Clean and friendly staff. Also the free water and cofee
A bit far from downtown. At least for me.

Elton the manager was so helpful and friendly, customer service comes naturally to him. Location was great, dangerous that a great bakery was just next door, and also many restaurants. Lobby comes with free coffee/tea and waters. On day of checkout i had a late night time flight, no trouble to store my bags and after walking most of the day, to use the lobby lounge to freshen up, before heading to airport was a god send. Room was modern with a great shower and ensuite. Will be back there next year
Nothing , all my expectations were met

The location of the hotel is good and the staff was very friendly. I also appreciated the free water dispenser and coffee machine. The air conditioning instructions were unclear at first, so we spent the first night without it, but once we figured it out, it worked very well.
Unfortunately, there were also several negative points. The bed was quite small and I really did not like the bedding setup. You basically sleep directly under the duvet, while there is only a very thin sheet or cover on top of it. The duvet itself was not inside a proper cover, which felt questionable in terms of hygiene.
The shower was EXTREMELY small and narrow — even as a 160 cm tall woman, I barely had space inside the shower cabin. The bathroom cleanliness was also only average.
There is also a bar underneath the hotel that stays open late, so if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend staying here.
Another disappointing point was that a late check-out was not possible, even though I was feeling very unwell on the last day.
