Abbiamo dovuto fare un upgrade della stanza, perché quella proposta dall'hotel all'atto della prenotazione era piccola, buia, umida. Con 25 euro di upgrade ci hanno dato una stanza più moderna, molto più grande, col terrazzo con vista sulla piscina e sul lago. Ottima. L'abbiamo aggiustata così. Ottima anche la piscina.
La camera proposta con la prenotazione via booking era piccola, buia, umida. Capita spesso che un hotel abbia camere brutte e camere più accoglienti. Credo che dovrebbe essere indicato all'atto della prenotazione. Forse è una politica di Booking per mostrare prezzi più bassi ed essere concorrenziali?

ottima la posizione, lo staff cordiale e la piscina ideale soprattutto per chi ha bambini, ottima anche la pizzeria ristorante
sì potrebbe migliorare piccole cose tipo fornire il bagno con dei appendi asciugamani in più e nella doccia qualcosa per appoggiare i saponi e sul balcone degli stendini per mettere ad asciugare gli indumenti bagnati

Sanitäre Einrichtung war teilweise beschädigt oder sogar locker
Es wäre eine grundlegende Sanierung von Vorteil
