The room was spacious enough and clean. The food was quite good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
We did not like the poor toilet plumbing, as the toilet tank kept running for a long time after flushing.
There were not enough electrical outlets, and there were none at all next to the bed. The pillow was also quite uncomfortable.
Another issue was that there was no refrigerator either in the room or at the reception. We needed one to store medication, so this was quite inconvenient.

The hotel staff is well trained and helped us in getting in, even considering we arrived late the day. There is paid parking at the hotel, but it is also possible to leave the car in a nearby street for free, and very safe. Breakfast was good and the room very confortable. The location is very convenient, being 2 minutes from a tram and bus station, that would take us directly downtown.
I thought the price was a bit higher than other hotels we stayed in Poland, specially considering parking was not included in the price.

Just depressing. Dark room, light is yellow and very weak, dirty bathroom with black mold, dust in lot of places, grey towels that used to be white once. They don’t even give you proper tea cups, just some extra small one-time-use paper cups. The third bed is a cot, that could be normal, but it’s some metal with sharp edges standing in the middle of the room and my mother harmed her leg walking by it.
