We were given a great welcome, even with a last-minute booking, both host and staff were very pleasant. Host provided helpful local information. Comfortable, spacious room, clean, efficient A/C.
Room just lacked a tea-tray for us, plus toilet-flushing system is rather noisy.

Breakfast was average. On the second morning there was no salami and the bread was dry. Coffee was good. Apricot yogurt was good. Fresh fruit selection was so so. Staff was accommodating in storing some food in the kitchen for us which we then had later in our room for an in room picnic. Quaint traditional decor in the room. Bed was comfortable.
The hot and cold water in the shower was very uneven and at the sink, too. Air conditioning in the room was good when the temperature was set as low as 19centigrade, which is much lower than one expects to have to set it (typically 22 or 23centigrade). Crummy plastic glasses at the sink. Low quality shampoo/shower gel.
