The staff is exceptional! We also loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast. The hotel is located in the historical centre of Dolo next to a river with nice cafes and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. This gives a romantic vibe…
We struggled a bit with the airco in the room to make it function properly but the staff was helpful with that as well

Staff is very friendly and helping. Breakfast was good. I loved the espresso and the cappuccino. Extra to buffet, they serve an optional plate of cheese or bacon. Location is fantastic. Luckily, the hotel's parking had empty place for our car! It was the last nights of our trip to Italy, so happy ending for us (after my wife’s purse being stolen in Rome).

I arrived on a May 1st and there was a Festival and street fair just in front of the hostal, ended up eating in a Parish organized event and enjoyed local Venetto dishes including horse meat. A lady from the front desk staff was friendly and could speak in my language and gave me advice for my visit to Venice on the next day. Breakfast with Italian families at their restaurant was also a cultural highlight. Overall was a a good experience to visit and stay in Dolo.
Just the parking. It was imposible to get to it on the first night and had to park on public premises elsewhere. It was ok and safe but not convenient.
