La habitación bien cuidada y muy moderna.
El desayuno era muy escaso y con pocas opciones. La comida consiste en una pieza de bollería que les sobra de otro día y no hay quien se la coma.

The hotel has an ideal location in the city center, very close to everything, and the price was good for this area. The hotel looks modern, which is nice. The staff were also very responsive: when we noticed an issue with the room access card and the room cleanliness, they quickly offered to help and clean the room.
There were several practical issues. Parking near the hotel is not realistic, so I would not recommend counting on that, it is better to reserve parking with the hotel in advance if possible. There is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow, so carrying luggage to the 4th floor was quite difficult. The small room is really small (only 13 m²) and this made the stay less comfortable.
The room was also not cleaned properly before our arrival: there were leftovers from previous guests’ breakfast and chewing gum near the bathroom sink. The breakfast was very basic: coffee, one plain croissant or a traditional Bulgarian cheese pastry, and soda. It is a nice small addition, but I would not pay extra for such breakfast. There was also a mistake with our access card, which was set for 1 day instead of 2. We noticed it accidentally on the paper attached to the card and contacted the hotel to fix it.

Great location at bottom of main street. Staff very helpful and responsive when contacted (messaged via booking.com).
Bed was comfortable and had everything you needed.
Unfortunately no lift (I was in crutches and we had a heavy suitcase so this was less than ideal).
Do not expect much for breakfast. We were given a sandwich in a box and a can of energy juice... However not a huge issue as several surrounding places to eat instead.
If you just need a comfortable bed and a simple room for a night or two this is perfect.
