TH La Thuile - Planibel Residence

Location is great, very nice to have two bathrooms, stunning view.

The apartment was missing few essentials like kitchen soap, sponge and a kitchen towel. Should have at least been listed that these things are not provided. We had our dog with us and the dog bowls and "bed" we were given were clearly dirty. It was the last days before closing season so maybe that is a reason, but if we had to pay full prices of high season, we would have been pretty upset with the service or lack of.

Clean and tidy accommodation. Great location and very convenient for our needs, wished we could have booked more days.

The details we were given at reception were minimal. No explanation regarding the wifi password or where to park relative to our room. Some more details would have been appreciated.

Super close to the lifts and a grocery store.

It’s getting a little bit worn down but still very good.

Location to slopes and lifts

Staff were very unhelpful and rude- arrived after a long day. Had booked a one bed apartment and when got to room it was a studio room. Went to reception a they insisted it was the correct room and I had to show them photos of the room on booking.com (we had also stayed previously in a one bed apartment). They went off behind the scenes for a considerable amount of time and I had to keep asking for updates. We were also charged for parking which we understood was including. When we asked if we could just park for the night of arrival we were told no it was either for the full stay or not at all. As we arrived at 10pm we had little choice with ski gear etc to find an alternative parking. Found the staff very rude and unhelpful
