Great location. White terrace and Hierapolis archeological site is just walking distance. There is a very cool chinese restaurant nearby also. It is great value for money.
It is the family run homestay and the owner allowed us early checkin, that was very nice.

Cardless: as a solo traveller it s very inconvenient for the rest of my travel, especially for the transport budget and especially you have insisted so much rudely by WhatsApp on guaranteeing my reservation by credit card beforehand.
I hope you can understand that it's not acceptable in 2026, especially as you have been travelling yourself a lot.

This family owned hotel is perfect not only to visit Pamukkale and Hierapolis, literally across the road, but provides an excellent, no frills base to explore the surrounding area. The ancient cities of Laodikea and Tripolis and the Temple of Apollo Lairbenos are all within driving distance, and the famous Çal Vineyards Road with its excellent wineries too. The hotel can arrange flights with hot air balloon over the spectacular travertine pools of Pamukkale, and other excursions on request. The breakfast is a now rare example of a true Turkish breakfast, and to relax in the garden by the pool in the cool summer evening, with the only sound provided by a thousand crickets and the natural water flowing by the pool is worth the whole stay. The rooms are no frills but clean, comfortable, with great AC and nice bathrooms. But this is not a place where you come to stay in your room. Finally, the place is friendly for motorcycle riders, providing wide, flat and closed at night parking space, and ground floor rooms to stay close to your bike.
My stay was too short, and I didn't get a chance of taking advantage of the pool. The cold white lights in the room are a bit annoying, something warmer would make them feel more comfortable. Honestly I can't think of anything else that I would change, for a budget hotel.

Very clean and comfortable room for an overnight stay. Great location - less than 10 min walk to the Pamukkale entrance (on the side of the travertines) and 5 min from the town centre.
The low rating is entirely down to the manager/owner of the place. He gave us the option of paying 23 Euro ( the price advertised on Booking.com) or 1440 in local currency (Turkish Lira). WE paid in local currency only to realize later that we have been overcharged 18.5%. The attached photo shows that the exchange rate on the day resulted in 1440TL = 27Euro.
This and the fact we were not given any receipt left us with the impression that we are not dealing with an honest person.
