Quiet oases at the edge of Lucerne

Quality of the house and its rooms, check-in, size of the rooms, digitalized process

Had to pay for parking since I was told it is not possible to park in front of the house, during my stay multiple other guests have parked in front of the house, I don’t like this kind of “unfair” treatment

Beautiful old villa full of character with modern decor, amazing shower, comfortable beds, clean!

A lovely lakeside walk to the sister hotel for a lovely breakfast eaten on a sunny terrace with views of the lake. I loved the location as it was quieter and yet only less than 10 minutes stroll along a tree lined avenue by the lake, to the centre on one side and the lido on the other.

The cheapest rooms face the road which is noisy during the day but quiet at night.

Location was really great, by the lake View from the room was nice Bathroom products were good quality

The room was very simple. It didn't have a tv and the furniture was not very pretty. I was expecting a bit more given the price we paid.

Lots of great features but lack of on premises staff was sometimes awkward.

Great location and clean comfortable room with some nice free snacks/drinks and coffee

Found the lack of on premises staff sometimes awkward. While the sister hotel had staff it is a few blocks away so not always convenient. there was phone access but mostly we have our phones turned off to void data charges so preferred email and the responses to our emails were often quite slow. Also the online checkin process to get our room key had instructions in German so we just gave up trying to use it.

Very good

Very big room, clean and comfortable, with a balcony and view of the lake. Very private, we met no other people. Had an excellent breakfast at the Beau Séjour Hôtel, which was a very cool hotel in “retro-style”. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

The room was clean , the bed was clean and neat . very impressive!!!!

the art ( the pictures on the wall) should be more colorful or bright colors not the black ones but I understand they are some kind of art.

Relaxing stay in Luzern

Very comfortable and recently renovated. Good beds. Views of the lake from the bedroom & living room windows of the suite. Fridge & tea/coffee facilities provided. Lovely walk to the town along lakeside. Good quality breakfast at nearby Beau Sejour hotel. Very helpful staff with arranging car parking etc… Would stay again when visiting Luzern.

The contactless check-in/out can create some issues, but, the staff at the nearby hotel were quick to respond & resolve.

Ok… will choose a place with bigger rooms next time.

location… easy access to the town.

No iron in the room. I requested one, but the gentleman on the phone could not find one. No room to store luggage. The room was extremely small and hard to tell online.

Newly renovated and spacious rooms.

Villa Maria is a beautiful place & very close to the Luzern station, just take bus no 6/8 & stop at Dietschi

the room & everything is so great. the air con is cute & but don't worry it could make you freeze! the bathroom size is superb! definitely come back for sure :)

except the part when i chat in the app they're not replying fast, but in the and i figured it out anyway.

Coul not have asked for a better experience!

1. recently renovated and very well done. 2. location is perfect 3. check in and check out process all automated and seamless 4. very comfortable 5. Staff very accommodating

there is an in room AC unit. it worked ok but we had a family room and the living area was warm during the day time. all in all it was ok but central AC would be a good idea especially in hot months

One of the best hotels in Luzern. Very good place to relax after working day as well.

Very clean, cozy, mew apartment. Mini bar was replenished every day for free. Nice smell of new furniture and fresh renovation. Rituals soap and body lotion in bathroom was also very nice sign.

Exceptional

The hotel staff deserves special praise! Extremely professional and efficient care, with kindness far above average, making guests feel wanted and welcome. Deserves praise especially Felix (manager) who was extremely kind to my children. Hotel is on an exceptional location, just behind the hotel is lake lucerne from where we took the cruise to reach mount Pilatus. Bus stop was at stones throw away distance. We were provided with a complimentary visitors pass for busses, trams and trains. Felix was very instrumental in providing all the relevant information including local route maps and guide books. Further he provided us a complementary coupons to obtain beautiful mount Titlis caps. We would love to stay again at the same hotel.

Nice place at walking distance from Luzern towncentre, clean rooms, good breakfast.

Good and quiet location at walking distance from the center, just follow the pier into town ;-) Clean room, great breakfast and area. Just passing overnight, we had a good rest before heading into Italy
