Zweckmässig mit einem sehr guten Backwarenangebot zum Frühstück.

Da es sich um eine internationale Schule für Bäcker und Konditoren handelt, ist das Frühstück herausragend, was die Backwaren anbelangt. Die Zimmer sind entsprechend zweckmässig ohne überflüssigen Komfort ausgestattet.

Das Check in erfolgte nach den offiziellen Öffnungszeiten. Daher war das Haus dunkel und verlassen. Den Schlüssel erhält man am Automaten und muss die Treppen ins zweite Geschoss steigen.

Great location, amazing staff, clean rooms!

Hotel location is great, easy access to museum and city with bus, lake access across the street. Staff was fabulous, and underground parking is a great plus in heat and bad weather. Overall very accommodating!

Rooms were equipped with barely enough for all three of us to sleep, much less being able to sit down when in the room.

Good stay but Luzern is an expensive place

We were about 2.9 kms from city center but we had a free bus pass during our stay. Buses every 15 minutes which was very convenient and fast.

Nothing especially but we could have enjoyed a meal in the evening but not available in the facilities

Superb

The room was spacious and very clean. I had a high speed wifi that was really helpful. Also, the bathroom was very tidy. The staff were really nice. I had to do late check in, so they allow me to pick the key up from the neighbor hotel.

The lift closes after 17:00, so you have to use the stairs and enter the hotel from side door. If you have large langage, you may face a bit of tiredness.

The location was perfect, a short bus trip or a brisk stroll along the lake and you’re back in the city centre. The hot

it was clean, comfortable and inexpensive. The breakfast consists of the breads and croissants made by the students and everything was delicious. I liked the fact that behind the scenes there’s another world going on and as a client or guest of the hotel you are the recipient of excellence.

It can feel slightly lonely if you’re a sole traveller because it isn’t really a typical tourist hotel. But that wouldn’t stop me from choosing this hotel again or recommending it to others.

A good stay for driving travellers

Fairly big rooms with basement car park. The location is away from the city center of Lucern however you could use the QR code issued by the hotel to take the bus to/from city, free of charge. The QR code also entitle 20% discount for the Rigi mountain cable car and railway. The hotel in general is quiet, but the neighbor room talked till very late :)

A bit expensive, and seems the breakfast could cost CHF40. lack of facility

worth the price!

the room is very big. only myself, but actually there are three beds in the room.

elevator doesn’t work after 5:00 pm. no kettle to have hot water in the room. except these two, everything is good.

They offer really good breakfast. The size of the room is perfect. The hotel is quite near to central. They gave us a ticket which we can travel around freely. This was something that state of Luzern can provide to hotels for tourists to explore the city

The breakfast was fine - yet, nothing too special. Nice access to the lake though a bit far from the center to walk. Nice and welcoming stuff

Elevators work only during day time (until 17:00). I arrived after these hours and had to carry my luggage by stairs. WiFi was poor and unsteady during the evening. The parking costs extra fair No minibar/refrigerator in the room or any access to some.

Nice budget hotel near the lake. Good breakfast.

No ventilation or air conditioning in the rooms. Entering from the corridor we had the impression of suffocating.

To be honest the first impression is not good. But everything turns out to be fine and we enjoyed our stay.

No elevator after 5pm, which is not friendly to family.

Very satisfied, and would love to stay there again.

Breakfast was amazing, very tasty, fresh, lot's of options, staff were so friendly and helpful, all of them without exception especially in the restaurant during the morning breakfast. Location was fantastic, the lake is just in front of the hotel, you can walk all the way to the city center as it really so beautiful, or you may take the bus which is next to the hotel (free bus tickets during your stay offered by the hotel, you may also use your booking to get discount up to 20% when you buy other tickets for boats, trains or other activities), I highly recommend this hotel, modern and very clean, it's in the second floor yes but still I felt very satisfied during my stay.

Nothing, I just wished if there was a small fridge to have some cold water, also the pillow was very soft (not my type), but that was not a big deal for me anyway.
