Excelente!

A localização é muito boa. O quarto acessível tem um banheiro bem adaptado e super amplo. Para quem é cadeirante, recomendo muito. O estacionamento é bem ao lado e com manobrista.

Preço pouco competitivo, café da manhã simples.

Localização muito boa! Café da manhã excelente! A segurança do cartão do elevador!

Eu estava num evento no mesmo hotel. Solicitei um horário mais flexível de entrada ou saída, mas não atenderam. Entendo as regras, mas, seria um diferencial!

Good hotel for the price but probably won't book here again

We felt safe in the location and the staff were very warm and accommodating to our limited Portugese knowledge. Housekeeping came everyday to tidy the room while we were out. Very inexpensive and appreciate that breakfast was included. Good place for the price.

The location was not close to much and the breakfast was disappointing. We picked this hotel instead of another because of the provided pictures of the breakfast, but it did not match what we received. We would select a hotel in a more central location such as Av. Paulista next time we visit. Bed was very firm and shower seemed dirty yet smelled of bleach.

Dangerous location.

It's clean and rooms are soundproof

Bad service, flooding bathroom and vallets scratched my car. Also the location is extremely dangerous.

Nice place. Hotel must be better maintained

Place was good if you want to be in the city centre. Personal was friendly.

You cannot open the windows to refresh the air. If you have allergies it's a problem. Mold in the room. Smell after mold on the a/c They changed me the room without problems but there was no change For a 4* hotel I'll tell poor breakfast

definitely not safe for a woman at night.

Bad location. too many crackheads and beggars around the facility.

you can literally hear the people in the next room breathing, that’s how thin the walls are.

Very friendly staff. Good location for accessing the centre.

Breakfast lacking hot options. Hole in the wall in the bedroom, including black mould in the shower Pool was cold

Place was clean and comfortable. Location was amazing. Parking was free.

Very outdated for the price we paid, we tried to order room service and our phone was very static so they could not hear us to order the food. Also it ended up costing more and they made me paid every day individually.

The constant movement of furniture at all hours was disturbing from other rooms. Must be thin walls to hear so loudly.

The decoration of the hotel is beautiful and tidy. Nothing to complain.

The reception staff are efficient but it seems that the reception is small for the quantity of the customers. The nozzle of shampoo did not work well.

Good hotel

The hotel is well situated. The breakfast vas good there was a large choice. The fitness was big and the swimming pool as well.
