Location near a big supermarket and train station.
The required 100€ deposit (no hotels require it) and the fact that I had to insist to get the confirmation of cancellation of the deposit.

Location was great - right next to a station so you can get into central Paris within 30mins. And next to a massive super market,along with free parking.
Our apartment had a massive balcony and we had a double room and a very substantial sofa bed as well as a kitchen with fridge, hob and microwave.
The shower screen wasn’t long enough and we ended up with a lot of water on the floor.

The accountant was really helpful throughout our stay. The place was awesome, the amenities provided were more than enough. The beds were clean, the place was well connected and we could find food in the night.

- noisy, lobby was always packed, receptionist was not welcoming, no a/c
- location near a dirty establishment
- shower head did not extend upward
- toilet flush is not strong enough, sometimes would not flush
- small bed
- parking entrance is confusing
