Apart from the location in downtown Morelia, the hotel's historical building was accomodated with all the modern amenities. The room and bathroom was spacious and felt very homey.

Amazing location in the heart of the historic district.
The cockroach I saw in the room upon arrival was an unwelcome first impression. Two lightbulbs in the room were out and I needed to ask twice before someone showed up to fix. The facial tissues receptacle was empty. A housekeeper opened the door to the room without knocking. The buffet breakfast is not very good with weak cold coffee and frequently empty bins of food and stale pastries. They tried to charge me for a glass of ice. The internet service is poor.
